The property is arranged over two floors. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the spacious living and dining area is on the first floor, connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a TV, video on demand, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A high chair and baby cot are available for an additional charge. Self check-in allows for a convenient and flexible arrival.
Relax in the private garden, a peaceful outdoor space perfect for unwinding. The first floor opens onto a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and lounge, ideal for enjoying meals with partial sea views. A rooftop sun terrace provides the perfect place to soak up the Mediterranean sunshine, and a private barbecue is also available for your use.
Private parking is available on the property, and free on-street parking is also possible. Events and parties are not permitted. Please note that the villa features a steep spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for all guests. A car is recommended to explore the area, although airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
The beautiful coves of Cala Barca, Caló de sa Torre and Cala Mondragó are just a 5-minute walk away. The nearby Mondragó Natural Park offers crystal-clear waters and stunning protected landscapes. Mid-stay cleaning, car hire and airport transfers are available for an additional charge.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500 is due.
Notes
Please note that the rental price does not include the €50 booking administration fee (non-refundable), the €200 final cleaning fee, or the Ecotax (tourist tax).
For 2026, the Ecotax is €2.20 per person per day for all guests aged 16 years and over.
The security deposit is €500 and will be managed through the Swikly platform. No amount will be charged to or blocked on your credit card, unless the property suffers damage or losses during your stay.
The first payment is due at the time of booking. All remaining payments must be made no later than 30 days before arrival.
We accept credit card payments and bank transfers. Please contact us to choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.
