Holiday rental of this popular modern and luxurious villa, that is situated in a privileged central area at only 150m from the Cala d'Or Marina.
The property is set grounds with on the ground floor a large fully equipped modern kitchen. The light and bright living area which is furnished to a high standard has large windows and doors providing the access to the swimming pool área, the garden and a covered outdoor terrace, complete with outdoor dining table, barbecue and sun loungers. Also on the ground floor there is 1 Bedroom and 1 shower. On the lower level is the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. On the upper floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 of these is the master bedroom with a large dressing area, en suite shower and a spacious sunny terrace with table tennis table.
The swimming pool area offers a terrace with comfortable sun loungers, parasol, exterior shower, BBQ area, and a grass area.
Villa Beatriz is fully air-conditioned throughout, also the property offers central heating for the low season and winter period, this popular villa offers free WiFi and satellite TV.
In the direct area around the house you can find a children's play area, public bus stop, tennis courts and an indoor public swimming pool. The Cala d'Or Marina which is at only 150m from the house offers a good selection in restaurants, some bars, boutiques and a small supermarket for daily fresh bread. At only 7 minutes' walk you will find the Cala Egos center with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and some bars. The nearest beach named Calo des Pou is 10 minutes walk and the Cala d'Or main centre and some other sandy bays are within a nice stroll around the Marina.

20% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500 is due.
Notes
Please note that the rental price does not include the 50€uros administration fee (non-refundable), the 180€uros final cleaning and the Ecotasa tourism tax. This tax was in 2024 2,20 €uro per day/per person from 16 years old. The deposit is 500€uros and will be managed through the Swikly platform. No amount will be blocked or charged to your credit card for the deposit, except in the case that the house has suffered damage and/or losses during your stay.
The first payment is due when confirming the reservation. All other payments are due no later than 30 days before arrival.
