Rental of this modern villa (max. capacity 6 persons)situated in a privileged area at only 150m from the luxurious Cala d'Or Marina.
Cala d'Or centre and the nearest sandy beach are within a nice stroll around the Marina which offers a good selection of restaurants, boutiques and bars.
The property is set grounds with on the ground floor a large fully fitted kitchen. The light and bright living area which is furnished to a very high standard has large windows and doors providing the access to the swimming pool área and a covered outdoor terrace, complete with outdoor dining table. Also on the ground floor there is 1 Bedroom and 1 shower.
On the lower level is situated 1 bedroom with ensuite shower,the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 of these is the master bedroom with dressing area, ensuite shower and a large sunny terrace with table tennis table.
The swimming pool area offers a terrace with luxurious sun loungers, exterior shower and BBQ.
Fully air-conditioned throughout, also central heating is offered for the early and late season. This lovely villa offers free WiFi and satellite TV.
The Cala Egos center with restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy and some bars is at only 10 minutes walk from the house. The nearest beach named Calo des Pou is 10 minutes walk and the Cala d'Or main center and some other sandy bays are within a nice stroll around the Marina which offers a good selection of restaurants, boutiques, bars and a small supermarket with every day fresh bread.

Payment Schedule
20% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500 is due.
Notes
Please note that the rental price does not include the 50€uros booking administration fee (non-refundable), the 180€uros final cleaning and the Ecotasa tourist tax. This tax is in 2024 2,20 €uro per day/per person from 16 years old. The deposit is 500€uros and will be managed through the Swikly platform. No amount will be blocked or charged to your credit card for the deposit, except in the case that the house has suffered damage and/or losses during your stay.
The first payment should be made when confirming the reservation. All other payments are due no later than 30 days before arrival.
We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer. Contact us and choose the best payment option for you.
